- 125 grams Butter
- 40 grams Rapadura suagr
- 40 grams honey
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 1 egg
- 260 grams SR flour
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Recipe is created for
Place butter, rapadura, honey and vanilla bean paste into TM jug. Mix for 1 minute speed 4.
With TM still running, add the egg through the lid and continue mixing at speed 4 for 30 seconds.
Add the flour and salt. Kneadfor 30 seconds.
Roll into small balls and place on lined oven trays.
Bake for 8-10 minutes in preheated oven.
Preheat fan forced oven to 170 degrees.
Dough can be frozen in log shapes and wrapped in glad wrap. Then just slice it up while frozen and bake.
