Recipe's preparation

    Preheat fan forced oven to 170 degrees.
  1. Place butter, rapadura, honey and vanilla bean paste into TM jug.  Mix for 1 minute speed 4.


     

  2. With TM still running, add the egg through the lid and continue mixing at speed 4 for 30 seconds.

  3. Add the flour and salt. Kneaddough modefor 30 seconds.

  4. Roll into small balls and place on lined oven trays.

  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes in preheated oven.

Tip

Dough can be frozen in log shapes and wrapped in glad wrap. Then just slice it up while frozen and bake.
