  • So glad you and your kids

So glad you and your kids enjoyed this as much as my family does!  I've edited the recipe but I think adding the choc chips to the batter (rather than on top) would only improve this recipe.

  • Chocolate Zucchini Loaf I

Chocolate Zucchini Loaf Chocolate Zucchini Loaf
I made this on a whim as my neighbour gave me some gargantuan sized Zucchini. I sliced up the loaf for the kids to have at afternoon tea and they demolished it. I had to withhold myself from eating the entire loaf. The only alteration I made was accidently adding the choc chips to the batter then more on top because I failed to comprehend the instructions correctly. The kids have asked for it to be in their lunchboxes. Thank you
