      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients in order.
    Mix 15 sec sp3
    dough function 3 min
    roll into 30g balls.
    Roll out and brush with oil then fold in half and place on baking paper in Varoma tray.
    Let prove for 30 min
    Place 500g water into bowl and use kettle mode.
    Steam in batches of 8, for 6 min, varoma,sp3.
