Recipe's preparation

  1. mill rice 1 min sp 10. set aside

    heat water to 37, add yeast mix 3 sec sp 3

    add all other ingredients mix 6 sec sp 6

    knead 1.5 min

    allow to double in size

    form into desired shape

    bake at 180 for 25 min

    I made this up using 1/2teasp sugar instead of bread improver and added chopped garlic, basil and oregano to my mix. Allowed mix to prove 20 mins in tins before placing into a hot oven. The end result was a beautifully textured bread and one that I would be proud to serve to guests!
