      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. - Chop garlic and fresh herbs for 5 seconds at speed 6 (add dried herbs at a later stage if using these instead) - Add SR flour and salt to the bowl, add beer to the bowl then mix for 6 seconds at speed 6.- Add cheese and ham and dried herbs (if not using fresh herbs) and mix for 6 seconds at speed 5.- Place the batter in a loaf tin (approximately 23cm long) and bake at approximately 170 degrees for 1 hour. - After 1 hour insert a skewer and check it comes out clean.- If skewer is clean, remove bread from oven and allow to sit for at least 5 minutes in the loaf tin before serving.
