- 1 egg, room temperature
- 30 g olive oil
- 160 g Millk, (2/3 cup)
- 170 g Tapioca Flour (arrowroot)
- 120 g grated cheese
Preheat Oven to 200 degrees celsius. Grease muffin tin.
Insert Butterfly. Add all ingredients and mix 15 seconds/Speed 2.
Fill a muffin tray with mixutre (3/4 full). Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden in colour.
Accessories you need
Pre-mill tapioca/sago pearls to make tapioca flour.
Pre-grate the cheese if required.
