Recipe's preparation

    Instructions :
  1. Grease a big loaf tin and put all ingredients into your TM bowl and mix 20sec/SP5. If not thoroughly mixed you can mix further with spatula.

Once mixed pour into your greased loaf tin and place into a COLD oven for 30-35 min at 50 deg C. After that time which is your rising time, turn your oven to 200 deg C and bake for 50 min.

Check if skewer comes out clean because all ovens are different. But if it comes out clean, please leave to cool in the tin slightly before removing it.

This recipe can also be used with pumpkin and/or sesame seeds. And you can also use just normal wholemeal flour instead of spelt.

    TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
