- 1.5 tablespoons honey
- 250 grams Bakers Flour or Bread Flour
- 50 grams Oats (I prefer quick/fine oats)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoons Bread Improver (Optional)
- 2 tablespoons Linseeds/chia seeds (optional), Or mix of seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe's preparation
Place water, yeast and honey into TM bowl and heat 2min/37deg/speed 1
Add all remaining ingredients and mix 10sec/speed 6 then knead 2min/"Closed lid" /"Dough mode"
Transfer onto floured TM mat or floured bowl and work into a ball. Wrap in mat or cover bowl with clingwrap and tea towel and allow to prove in warm place for 30mins or doubled in size.
preheat oven to 200deg and grease or line loaf tin or tray (for rolls). Knock down dough and place into tin or cut into 12-16 equal pieces and shape into rolls. Allow to prove in warm place for 20-30 mins.
Bake loaf 20-30mins or 15-17 mins for rolls. Cool for 5mins before moving to cooling rack. Enjoy!
