If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Add water, yeast, honey and Nuttelex into the "Closed lid" .

Add flour and salt.
"Dough mode" 3min
Form 12 round bread rolls and place them on a backing tray.
Spray with water. You can also place a cup of water in the oven to make them extra crunchy.
22min or until golden brown.

Tip
Place a cup of water in the oven for the last 5 minutes.
You can add sesame seeds on top.
You can replace nuttelex with butter.
