      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. place 444g water, 3tsp (9gm) laucke yeast,3 tsp sugar,67 g butter into bowl and 5 min/37°C/speed 
  2. add flour and turn on to doughDough mode4 min/speed 
  3. turn dough onto thermomix mat and rise till double in size
  4. gently form into 2 round shape and place into lined bread tins
  5. rise again in oven with 1 cup of boiling water in base of oven for 30 min or untill double in size
  6. remove bread tin and water from oven and increase temp to 190 convection
  7. cook for 10 min at 190 then decrease to 170 for a futher 20 min. cover with foil if top is starting to brown
