Recipe's preparation
- place 444g water, 3tsp (9gm) laucke yeast,3 tsp sugar,67 g butter into bowl and 5 min/37°C/speed
- add flour and turn on to dough
"Dough mode" 4 min/speed
- turn dough onto thermomix mat and rise till double in size
- gently form into 2 round shape and place into lined bread tins
- rise again in oven with 1 cup of boiling water in base of oven for 30 min or untill double in size
- remove bread tin and water from oven and increase temp to 190 convection
- cook for 10 min at 190 then decrease to 170 for a futher 20 min. cover with foil if top is starting to brown
