      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1) Add all ingrediets to bowl in order listed

    Closed lid Combine 40seconds Speed 3 then Dough modeKnead 6 Mins

    2) Turn out dough and place into an oiled bowl and cover with a teatowl and place in warm spot till doubled in size

    3) knock down dough and place into greased or lined bread tin and cover with teatowel and place in warm spot untill doubled in size

    4) Place tin into Pre heated Oven at 180°C and bake 30mins

    bread should sound hollow on bottom.
