  • 80 g Almond Spread
  • 20 g Rice malt syrup
  • 10 g coconut flakes
  • salt
  • Cacao nibs or 85% Chocolate

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place coconut oil and almond spread into TM bowl 50 degrees/speed 5-6 until melted and combined.

  2. Add rice malt syrup and cocnut flakes speed 2-3.

  3. Spread on a tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with salt and nibs or chocolate. Place in freezer for about 20 minutes then snap or cut into shards.
