Batter
- 60 g Butter
- 2 eggs
- 250 g Milk
- 190 g plain flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar, caster or raw
- pinch salt
Recipe's preparation
Melt butter for 3 mins 60 degress Speed 2
Add eggs and milk, whisk for 5 seconds speed 4
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 40 seconds speed 4-6. Sit for a few minutes to thicken.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter in to a pan on low heat and cook until bubbles stop popping, approx 1 minute. Then turn to brown other side. Serve with your choice of topping
