  • 100 g almonds
  • 250 g Apricots
  • 50 g condensed milk
  • 50g g coconut oil
  • 100 g coconut dessicated

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill chia seeds 10 sec speed 10.   Add almonds mill again 10 sec speed 10. Add apricots and chop 10 sec speed 8.   Add coconut oil, coconut and condensed milk mix together 10 sec speed 6. 

    Roll into small balls and coat in coconut.  The mixture / balls can been frozen.

  • Love this recipe. But needed

    Love this recipe. But needed to be nut free for school lunch boxes so I replaced the 100g of almonds with 50 g sesame seeds and 50g  quinoa. And a dash of cinnamon to make it sweeter. Yummy.
