Baked Fruit Custard
- 250 grams Butter
- 200 grams honey
- 2 bananas
- 250 grams Milk
- 8 eggs
- 20 grams vanilla extract
- 40 grams plain flour
- 400 grams Fruit (Fresh or Frozen), any mix of fruit will work with this recipe

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180c
- Add butter to bowl 3min / 80C / Speed 1
- Add honey, bananas, milk, eggs, & vanilla to bowl mix 1 min / Speed 4
- Grease Baking Dish
- Place fruit in an even layer in baking dish.
- Pour custard mix gently over fruit
- Bake 180C for 45 minutes or until custard is set (set on the edges, but slightly jiggly in the middle, Remove and let rest for a few minutes. As it cools, it will firm up. Enjoy warm or chilled

Tip
I used frozen mixed berries for this recipe but use what I have on hand. Mango and Berry or stone fruit work just as well.
