Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip
Its normal for the pudding mix to be quite thick and difficult to spread evenly over coulis. Just distribute tablespoons of mixture over the top and dont worry too much for it to be even.

I do suggest cleaning the bowl between the coulis and the pudding mix. I didn't and my cake mix turned an unappealing shade of slate grey.

Thanks so much for the feedback...will time it properly and make the changes
I used mixed frozen berries
I used mixed frozen berries and the flavour of the pudding was lovely. The only difficulty I had was not knowing how long it would take to cook, as we were entertaining at the time. I started with 30 minutes then had to keep increasing the time in 10 minute increments up to about an hour and even by the time I served it, the pudding was somewhat undercooked in the middle. I'll try this again alllowing much more time for it to cook. Thank you for the recipe.
