Ingredients

  • 130 g Cashews
  • 140 g almonds
  • 140 g Medjool Dates- pitted
  • 140 g dried blueberries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Himilayan Sea Salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Cashews & Almonds to the bowl

    Turbo on 05 Seconds x 3-5 Times 

    Mixture should resemble crumbs

    Transfer to a bowl and set aside

  2. Place Dates to the bowl and pulse till it combines and resembles a thick paste

    Turbo on 05 Seconds x 4-6 Times 

    If needed add small amounts of water to assist

  3. Add Nut Mixture, Blueberries, Vanilla Paste, Lemon Juice, & Salt

    Turbo on 05 Seconds x 3-5 Times 

  4. Scoop 1 Teaspoon of mixture and using your hands roll into balls

    Damp hands work best

     

  5. Store in the Fridge or Frezzer
