      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. Recipe's preparation

  1. Place rice into mixing bowl. Mill 30 seconds / Speed 10. Scrape bottom to prevent sticking.
  2. Add coconut milk, [color=#050505; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; white-space: pre-wrap]salt and 2 pandan leaves (knotted) into mixing bowl. Cook for 20 minutes / 100'C / Speed Spoon.[/color]
  3. [color=#050505; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; white-space: pre-wrap]Transfer into the bowl and set aside.[/color]
  4. Clean and dry mixing bowl.
  5. [color=#050505; font-family: Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 15px; white-space: pre-wrap]Place palm sugar, water, ginger and 2 pandan leaves, cook 10 minutes / 100'C / Speed spoon. [/color]
  6. Divide porridge into 4 portions. Add 2-3 tbsp of Palm Sugar Syrup. Serve warm.
