If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1.Place in bowl :
600g SR flour
900g milk
3-4 eggs (3 if eggs are large, 4 if small)
50g sugar
20g vanilla.
2. Blend 10 sec speed 5; scrape down sides; blend another 10 secs speed 5.
3. Tip into bucket or large comtainer with lid.
4. Repeat until all ingredients are used up. (about 6 batches)
You should have about 12 Litres of batter.

Tip
You can vary the sugar to your taste or omit for savoury pancakes, and add a bit of salt.

Just wondering if you know approximately how many pancakes this would make? I need to feed a group of 60 for breakfast at a youth camp and wondering if this would be enough or too much? Thanks for the recipe!
