Butterscotch Self-Saucing Pudding

  • 90 grams Nuttelex
  • 250 grams SR flour
  • 180 grams caster sugar
  • 180 grams Oat Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 20 g golden syrup, Or Pure Maple Syrup

  • 500 grams hot water

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees fan-forced
    2. Place nuttelex into bowl and melt 2 mins, 60 degrees, speed 2 (until melted).
    3. Add remaining pudding ingredients and mix 20 sec speed 5.
    4. Scrape down sides and repeat mix 10 sec speed 5.

    5. Pour into 2L oven proof dish
    6. Rinse out bowl

    7. Add hot water. Heat to 80 degrees, speed 2. About 2 min.

    8. Add all other sauce ingredients and heat 1min 60 degrees speed 2. Until nutterlex is melted.

    9. Gently pour sauce on top of pudding.
    10. Bake in 180 degree fan forced oven for 30-35 mins.
