  • 30 grams sultanas

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Place all ingredients into Thermomix Closed lid and chop on speed 8 for 10-15 seconds. Scoop out mixture with spatula into a bowl and roll teaspoonful amounts into balls. Roll into desiccated coconut if desired.

Tip

You can use a nut butter instead of tahini or coconut spread.

    My 16mth old loved these! Even my husband ate them and he is very fussy!! They were a little dry when rolling them But after being in the fridge for a few hours they were fine.
