- 420 grams red kidney beans, Drained and Rinsed
- 1 tablespoon Coffee Liquid
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
- 140 grams Stevia Granulated
- 125 grams apple sauce
- 5 eggs
- 70 grams raw cacao or cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Puree Kidney Beans, Coffee, 1 Egg and Vanilla Bean Paste until smooth on Speed 7.
Set the smooth bean mix aside.
Do not wash the bowl. - Beat the Apple Sauce and Stevia for 30 Seconds, Speed 5.
- Add the remaining 4 Eggs and beat for 20 Seconds, Speed 4.
- Add bean mixture and beat for 5 Seconds, Speed 4.
- Add Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt. Blend for 10 Seconds, Speed 4.
- Grease a ring shaped tin pan.
Pour the cake mixture into the pan. - Bake in 170 degreescelecius oven for 45 Minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
