  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

Preheat oven 160 degrees celcius. Line tin with baking paper.

Add dark chocolate and milk chocolate to bowl. Chop 10 seconds / speed 5.

Add butter. Melt butter and chocolate 2 minutes / 60 degrees celcius / speed 1.

Add eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix 5 seconds / speed 4.

Add flour and cocoa. Mix 5 seconds / speed 4.

Pour mixture into prepared tin. Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
