If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160 deg Celsius ... Grease and line large slice tray
Mill sugar for 2 sec - speed 9
add baking powder, cocoa powder and flour and mix 5 sec - speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside
put chocolate pieces in mixing bowl and grate 5 sec - speed 7
Add butter and salt into mixing bowl and melt 4 minutes - 60 deg - speed 1
Add Cocoa mixture, eggs and vanilla and mix 5 sec - speed 5
Add Macadamias and mix 5 sec- speed 5
pour mixture into slice tray and bake 55-60 minutes. Top should be crunchy hard with the sides pulling away from the edge of the tray.
can be served hot or cold, with or without cream and ice cream. Fabulous as morning tea.
