Chocolate Yogo

  • 20 grams dark chocolate, 54% Coles
  • 50 gram raw sugar
  • 20 grams cornflour
  • 400 grams full cream milk

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Yogo (Based on recipe by Kat from The Organised Housewife)
    1. 1. Place chocolate and sugar in bowl for 5 sec / speed 8
    2. 2. Scrape side of bowl
    3. 3. Add milk and cornflour, cook 90deg / 8 minutes / speed 4
    4. 4. Pour into a bowl or individual serving containers and cover with cling wrap, ensure the cling wrap touches the surface of the mixture (this will prevent a skin from forming)
    5. 5. Refrigerate for approximately 3 hours or until set

Tip

Makes 4 small portions.

Add extra sugar if the %cocoa solids in your dark chocolate is higher.
