Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Recipe's preparation

1. Mix cornflour, sugar, truffle powder and 150gm milk on speed 2 for 30 seconds or until a smooth paste forms.
2. Add remaining milk, cook fro 7 minutes 90 degrees, speed 4.
3. Pour into serving glasses. Leave to chill in fridge overnight.
4. Serve with strawberries.
Tip
You can use any flavour truffle powder you like and could use low fat milk too.
