  • 250 g raw organic sugar
  • 200 g organic coconut (shredded)
  • 30 g raw cacao
  • 60 g raw cacao butter
  • 20 g cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place
    sugar into TM bowl and mill for 10
    seconds
    on speed 10.



    Add
    coconut and cacao and mill a further 10
    seconds
    on speed 10. Add
    remaining ingredients and blend for 1
    minute
    on speed 10.



    Refrigerate
    mixture.



    Use
    a teaspoon to form small truffles and roll each in coconut or additional cacao
    powder. Keep refrigerated.
