  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 125 grams Butter
  • 25 grams Liquid Glucose Syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1) Mill Chocolate Drops on Speed 9 for 10 Seconds

    2) Mill Sugar on Speed 9 for 10 Seconds

    3) Add Condensed Milk, Butter and Liquid Glucose Syrup and Set at 100 Degrees for 20 Minutes

    4) Stir and Cook at Varoma Temperature on Speed 3 for 8 Minutes

    5) Stir and Cook for a Further 30 Seconds on Speed 3

    6) Scrape Down Sides and Pour Into A Tin and Refridgerate

    7) When Set, Cut Into Squares or Triangles
