If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add sugar to the "Closed lid" and mill, Speed 9, 10 Seconds
Add condensed milk, butter and glucose to the "Closed lid" cook @ 100 degrees, speed 2, 8 minutes
the for a futher 15 minutes, speed 3, varoma.
add chocolate (cubed) and crunchies (crushed) speed 3, for 30 seconds.
line 25x15 tray with baking paper. and poor fudge into it and refridgerate. once set cut in desired pieces and keep refridgerated.
