Base

  • 250 grams sweet biscuits, eg milk coffee
  • 100 grams Butter, melted
  • 1 heaped tablespoon icing sugar
  • 1 heaped tablespoon cinnamon

  • 250 grams Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 3 lemons
  • 250 grams condensed milk

Recipe's preparation

    Base
  1. Add biscuits to TM speed 5 for 10 second until roughly crushed .

    put biscuits aside and melt butter  on varoma for 2 minutes speed 2.

    Add crushed biscuits, icing sugar and cinnamon to  on speed 1 for 1 minute. Place biscuit mixture into a pie dish or springform tin and place in freezer to cool.

     

  2. Filling
  3. Add Creamed Cheese, condensed milk and lemon juce into speed 6 for 1 minute or until thick and creamy. Pour over biscuit base and freeze to set.

Tip

Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving to soften.

You can top with any topping to can think of to decorate or just have plain
