- 100 grams Butter, melted
- 1 heaped tablespoon icing sugar
- 1 heaped tablespoon cinnamon

- 250 grams Philadelphia cream cheese

- 250 grams condensed milk

Recipe's preparation
Add biscuits to TM speed 5 for 10 second until roughly crushed .
put biscuits aside and melt butter on varoma for 2 minutes speed 2.
Add crushed biscuits, icing sugar and cinnamon to "Closed lid" "Counter-clockwise operation" on speed 1 for 1 minute. Place biscuit mixture into a pie dish or springform tin and place in freezer to cool.
Add Creamed Cheese, condensed milk and lemon juce into "Closed lid" speed 6 for 1 minute or until thick and creamy. Pour over biscuit base and freeze to set.
