- 600 ml cream
- 395 g condensed milk
- 13 g Vanilla Bean Paste

- 1. Insert butterfly whisk.
2. Add cream and vanilla
3. Whip the cream for 1-3 minutes at speed 3 without measuring cup. Watch closely through lid so as not to overwhip cream.
4. Pour in the condensed milk while blades are running on speed 2 mixing for about 30 seconds.
5. Pour mixture into large freezer proof container for at least 6 hours or overnight.
