If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
preheat oven 180deg.
In a small bowl or cup, mix together cocoa and 1 cup of cold water. set aside.
Insert Butterfly combine butter and sugar 2mins/sp3.5 or until light and fluffy.
on Speed 3, add 1 eggs at a time, waiting until its fully incorporated before adding the second.
add 60g flour, combine 5sec/sp3, add 1/2 cocoa mixture, combine for 5 sec/sp 3. continue until all- including the bicarb has been added and combined.
pour into greased and lined round springform tin and bake 1 hour, or until clean skewer.
