- 1/2cup brown rice flour
- 1/2cup almonds & pepitas, (add in what ever you like here exp sunflower seeds gogi berries etc)
- 1 cup rasins, (dates or punes work well too)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2cup Gluten Free SR Flour, (if not GF normal SR flour)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder gf., (if not GF normal baking powder)
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
- 1/2 cup Rice malt syrup

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Pre heat oven at 160C Add carrot, banana, rice flour, almonds/pepitas, rasins and chop 5 seconds/speed 7. (or chopped to your taste)
Add all other ingrediants and mix 30seconds/speed 5
Pour into muffin trays and cook 30mins or until firm may need an extra 10. Enjoy warm or cold.

Very tasty. I added a 2nd banana as mine were one the small side. I used almond, pepita and walnuts as well as sultanas and medjool dates. I chopped it all up for about an extra 5-7 seconds as I didn't think my kids (2 &4) would eat chunky pepitas. They loved them this way.
