      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Peel lemon and lime (or two lemons and two limes), core and quater green apples and put in the mixing bowl with mint leaves, kale leaves and honey. Mix for 15s/speed 6.

  2. Add 800g of ice cubes and crush for 90s/speed 9. Use spatula to move sorbet around if required. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

Tip

Add more honey if you are making green sorbet for children.

Also you can use rice malt syrup, coconut syrup or coconut sugar.

Add one egg white for creating fluffy texture.

    I enjoyed this, I have a sweet tooth so maybe a little more honey for me. My green smoothie loving friend loved it and was going from my place to get the ingredients
