If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Line a square 18cm tin with baking paper hanging over the sides.
Place the brownie ingredients into the bowl and blend at speed 10 for 20 seconds. Press the mixture firmly into your prepared tin and place into the freezer. - Add all the ingredients and mix on speed 6 for 2 seconds. Spread over the fudge mixture and place back into the freezer to set.

Tip
Fudge will be sticky initially. Use baking paper to roll out if needed. Once set it is easy to cut/handle. Enjoy!!

I like the idea! I have so much almond meal left over from making milk, I always need recipes to use this up. I will definitely try this one!!
