Ingredients

Slice

  • 225 g chocolate, I used dark chocolate
  • 15 g Butter
  • 1 level teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 250 g crunchy peanut butter
  • 110 g marshmallows

Recipe's preparation

  1. Weigh the chocolate in your TM mixing bowl, break this into smaller pieces if too big. Mix 10 seconds, speed 5.
    Add the butter, vanilla essence and peanut butter. Melt 3min, 90 degrees, speed 1.
    Add marshmallows, cut them into smaller pieces if too big. Mix 30 seconds, speed 4, reverse.

    Push into a prepared tin and leave in fridge until set.
