If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- BASE
1- Put biscuits and weetbix in bowl, 5 sec/speed 7
2- transfer to separate bowl and keep aside
3-wipe out bowl and put butter in, melt 3 min/100 deg/speed 1
4-Add reserved crushed biscuit/weetbix and 40 sec/speed 2
5- press into lined springform pan and chill while preparing filling
6- rinse and dry bowl
FILLING
7- add 180 grams water and packet of jelly, mix 4 seconds speed 3, then cook 3 min /100 deg/ speed 1
8- Add tin of condensed milk and lemon juice 35 sec/speed 3
9- Pour into chilled casing, and chill for a further 90 min before serving.
