  • 1 can Condensed milk.
  • 125 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 250 g Liquorice Allsorts
  • 250 g Malt biscuits (or biscuits of choice)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Grease and line a 11cm x7cm slice tin
  1. 1. Place Liquorice Allsorts into TM bowl and chop 5 sec sp 7. Set aside

    2. Place biscuits in to TM bowl and crush 10 sec sp 9. Set aside

    3. Melt butter and condensed milk in TM bowl 1 min 70 degrees sp 3

    4. Add chopped liquorice allsorts and biscuits to the TM bowl and mix Counter-clockwise operation sp 4 until combined

    5. Press into prepared tin and refrigerate.

    When slice is cool

    Melt chocolate in TM bowl 2 min 50 degrees sp 3. Spread chocolate over slice leave to set
