      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place fruit in mixing bowl and blend 5 sec / speed 6
  2. Place all remaining ingredients in mixing bowl, cook for 7 mins / 90° C / speed 3 / Reverse, custard should be smooth
  3. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 mins to cool down and firm up
  4. Take out and roll into round balls according to mould size.

    Weigh filling and skin according to mould size.
