For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place fruit in mixing bowl and blend 5 sec / speed 6
- Place all remaining ingredients in mixing bowl, cook for 7 mins / 90° C / speed 3 / Reverse, custard should be smooth
- Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 mins to cool down and firm up
- Take out and roll into round balls according to mould size.
Weigh filling and skin according to mould size.
