Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert Butterfly whisk and whip cream on speed 4 until thick.
    Transfer to another bowl
  2. Without cleaning the bowl melt butter on 60 °C for 1 min Add nutella and condensed milk Mix 20 sec on speed 4
  3. You can either re-insert butterfly whisk and add cream and milk slowly until just comes together on speed 1.5 for roughly 10 secs or fold the nutella mixture through the whipped cream
  4. Place in freezer safe bowl for min 6-8 hours or overnight for best result.

Tip

Making the hazelnut spread from the basic cookbook makes this a very cheap option and you can control the sugar content.

1 batch of the cookidoo condensed milk is the correct ratio for this mix however i reduced the sugar in this also to 120gms
