400g paw paw frozen

  • 400 grams Paw Paw, Frozen
  • 500 grams chocolate, Dark
  • 3 level tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 125 grams water

Recipe's preparation

    Steps
  1. 1. Freeze the paw paw (can be banana if uou prefer)

    2. Chop the chocolate speed 10 10 seconds scrape down sides

    3. Add coconut cream and water and heat 50 degrees speed 2 4 minutes 

    4. Put thermomix in fridge till cool

    5. Add the paw paw or other frozen fruit substitute and mix on speed 10 until smooth (can slowly increase speed) 

    11. Refrigerate mixture until set.

Can try with many different fruit, I am going to Try mixed frozen berries next.
