If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place all ingredients in the Mixing Bowl. Add MC. Chop / mix for 30 seconds on speed 9.
- Check to see that mixture has been mixed together. If insufficient mixing, scrape down the sides of the mixing bowl, and chop / mix again for 30 seconds on speed 9.
- Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. The mixture should be sticky.
- Roll balls into either cacao powder or sesame seeds depending on preference. Refridgerate for 2 hours prior to serving.

Tip
Children seem to prefer sesame seeds to cacao powder for a coating as cacao powder can be fairly bitter tasting.
If the mixture is too sticky, add more almonds and re-mix.
The balls / truffles will firm up significantly with refridgeration.
