If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Base - Blend the 2 avocados, maple syrup, shredded coconut, coconut oil and peppermint extract for 10sec/sp4 or until it's a consistancy your happy with. Pour into a lined 20cm X 10cm loaf tin. Smooth with a spatula and put in the freezer.
Chocolate - melt the coconut oil in the bowl ( depending on the weather as to how hard your coconut oil is, 1 and a half mins/45deg/sp2) Add maple syrup, cacao powder, vanilla and salt. Mix for 10 sec/sp3. Pour over the peppermint base and put back in the freezer to set. Cut into pieces to serve. Best stored in the freezer

Tip
You dont have to add as much peppermint if you dont want to. We love it minty! You can always add but you cannot take away! Test as you go.
