Ingredients

  • 50 g almonds
  • 20 g carob powder (or cocoa)
  • 80 g assorted glace fruit
  • 250 g full cream ricotta
  • 60 g honey
  • Dash vanilla essence
  • 80 g desiccated coconut
  • 30 g sesame seeds
  • Extra toasted coconut for coating

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill almonds for 10 seconds on
    speed 9.


    Add all other ingredients and
    mix for 30 seconds on speed 4.


    Place into fridge for 30
    minutes before rolling into bite size balls and rolling in toasted
    coconut.


    Keep in airtight container in
    fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Tip

You can substitute the ricotta
with cream cheese or half and half if desired.


Substitute sesame seeds with
sunflower seeds.


Replace glace fruit with dried
fruit for a ‘healthy option’.
