      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Obsessed with this popcorn, however the only other thing I do is add the covered popcorn into my air fryer on 150degrees for 7 mins- stir each minute and it will come out more set and crunchy caramel layer. Just like lolly gobble bloss bombs.

WOWZER!!!! Will be making this recipe a lot! I just made two different batches by two different recipes and yours is the winner, hands-down. The other recipe was a crunchy version from TM. The official version was much more work to make, harder to get it all mixed, and tastes too burnt for my grandkids. yours is perfect – slightly chewy (like my grandma used to make) but still dries nicely, delicious buttery caramel taste, and so much easier to mix the popcorn in the mixing bowl on reverse. And no baking in the Oven! Thank you!!! 🥰🥰 (I used white glucose syrup instead of honey, for the grandkids tastes.)

I made this tonight with golden syrup instead of honey. Would definitely make again! Almost wish it wasn't so easy because it's going to be hard to resist the temptation to eat more

This was delicious, and so quick and easy to make. The kids started eating it as soon as it was made, I had to make a second batch because it disappeared so quickly. Will definitely be making this again. Thank you Smile

    Y.U.M.

I used a full teaspoon of pink Himalayan salt flakes, and 20g honey and it worked perfectly. Yes it's sticky, but oh so delicious. If anyone has worked out the cooking times for double quantities, let me know.
