White Nectarine & Pink Lady Sorbet

  • 180 grams white sugar
  • 1 lemon, flesh only, no white pith
  • 2 nectarine, white nectarines prefered, fruit only, no seed
  • 2 Pink Lady apple, fruit only, no core, no seeds

  • 500 grams cold water, prefered fridge water

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    White Nectarine & Pink Lady Sorbet
  1. 1. Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 15 sec/speed 10.
    2. Add lemon, white nectarines and pink lady apples and chop 10 sec /speed 5.
    3. Add ice cubes and cold fridge water then blend 1 min 30 sec/ gradually to speed 9 with aid of spatula.
    4. Pour into iceblock molds, set in freezer for 2-3 hours or over night.
