Great recipe for a beginner because it is quick and simple.

I’ll keep it for a Panic Night meal when I need something quick.

I used 1 kilo of chicken and added a carrot and half a zucchini. Still heaps of sauce.

    Submitted by cbeer on 8. November 2017 - 13:17.

    I seriously LOVE this recipe!
It has very quickly become a family staple. When it's just my partner and I, I make it spicier by adding a little more chilli, but the kids love it as it is.
We have it at least weekly, I'd have it more if I could get away with it!! So easy compared to other recipies with an ingredient list a mile long, and the taste is awesome! Love, love, love it!

A deliciously quick version to a much loved favourite. Had to cook for an extra 3 minutes, but perhaps I left my chicken a tad chunky.

I added 1 cube of palm sugar and cooked a little longer. Also agree that the longer it sits before serving the better it is. Very easy and very close to what I buy for takeaway, much cheaper too. Thanks

Was yummy, but not the best butter chicken around. Instead of using cream, I used coconut cream and nutlex butter for df meal.

This recipe is amazing! It really does get better the longer it stands. I put it in the thermoserve for a while as I prepared everything which made it great but then I had some of the leftovers the next day and it was even better again! Wow. Never having store bought butter chicken ever again.

I don't have any garam masala or ginger. Should I attempt to make it anyway or without those ingredients it would be no good?

Really great flavour - used less cream only because I found most recipes on recipe community are too runny for personal preference.  Definitely a family favourite and will be cooking again - thankyou  tmrc_emoticons.)

Tasted delicious. I didn't add chilli though as my kidlets won't touch anything hot. I also cooked for 10 minutes in that last step as it was still really raw prior to last step. Didn't think 5 mins would cook it enough and my cubes were small. Thankyou for the recipe.  tmrc_emoticons.)
