  • 500 grams mince
  • 1 can Chickpeas, drained
  • 1 green apples
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • 2 sprigs coriander
  • 50 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Bbq sauce
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add the onion & garlic chop for 5 seconds speed 7

  2. Scrape down the sides with Spatula, add the Apple, Carrot, Parsley, Coriander & Chickpeas, chop for 5 seconds on speed 5

  3. Add all other ingredients stir for 10 seconds Counter-clockwise operation on speed 5, remove lid, stir with spatula, another 10 seconds Counter-clockwise operation on speed 5. Continue process until all ingredients are sufficiently mixed.

  4. Form into rissoles & fry in a frying pan, Enjoy!

    A nice recipe with some good flavour. Mine were a bit crumbly so next time I'll add another egg, but overall good.
