  • 350 g flour, yellow maize flour
  • 1500 g water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Ingredients for the beans

  • 300 g tomato sauce
  • 250 g Beans, boiled cannellini beans
  • 200 g Italian Sausage, luganiga, the narrow and long sausage
  • 30 g onion
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 g extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Recipe's preparation

    Prepare the beans
  1. Put some parsley into the Closed lidfor 5 seconds, speed 5 and set it aside.

  2. Put onion and garlic into the Closed lid for 5 seconds, speed 5.

  3. Add extra virgin olive oil and the sausage (in pieces of 4-5 cm) for 5 minutes, 100°, Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting.

  4. Add tomato sauce, season with salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes, 100°, Counter-clockwise operation, Gentle stir setting.

  5. Add the boiled beans, some more salt and pepper if needed and cook for 5 minutes, Counter-clockwise operationGentle stir setting.

  6. pour into a baking dish, sprinkle of parsley and keep it warm aside.

  7. Prepare polenta
  8. Put water, salt and oil inside the Closed lid for 12 minutes, 100°, speed 1.

  9. Add the flour  through the hole of the lid with blades moving speed 2.

  10. spatulate occasionally leaving the spatula inside. Cook for 40 minutes, 100°, speed 2.

Tip

If you like a softer polenta just use less flour, otherwise a little bit more.

This is a typical dish of the northern parts of Italy, it's very good and not so difficult to prepare using thermomix tmrc_emoticons.;-) the first time I did it, it was only after 2 days from getting my thermomix. I hope you will be able to understand my english... and...Good lunch!

    Just cooked this tonight for dinner. I used pork sausages instead (as this is what I had in the fridge) and it was delicious. The whole family enjoyed it. Thank you, I will definitely be doing it again soon.  YUMMO! Thumbs up by all.
