If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1.Add garlic and onion to bowl and chop 4 seconds speed 5.
2.Add olive oil and cook for 4 mins, 100 degrees speed 2 mc off
3.Add rest of sauce ingredients cook for 18 mins 100°C speed 2 , place the TM basket on top to avoid any mess
stir through cooked mince and serve over your favourite pasta
**you can add mince to the sauce and cook for an adittonal 10 mins , 100°C , speed 2 "Counter-clockwise operation" **
